When i insert data through record form in code charge studio! no confirmation message dispaly before insertion like it did before up dation! ANy body can help me for that>?????????

I had the situation where the 'window.onload' binding was incorrectly commented out by CCS after the upgrade, which then broke several other bits of javascript on the page (and the confirmation is usually javascript)
On the web page in the browser, check the source and see if near the closing </head> tag there is something like //windows.onload = bindevents(); accidently commented out (the two `//`)
If so, edit the HTML of the page in CCS to put another copy of that line on it's own non-commented line, and re-quick-publish the page.
