It's strange that I submit couples question to Codecharge Support Team over a month and did not get a reply back.
Does anyone hear anything from them? Thanks.

It has been a couple of months since I have sent anything. I did not get an email as expected, but they did post onto the support case forum within a day or two. If you do not have a link for that (the link has parameters for case number and email), you might resubmit and tell them and ask them to email you the link directly. I am not sure if their email routine did not work or if I had a filter catching it somewhere. I could see the response, so I did not pursue it, figuring I had the problem.

I have been working with support with an ongoing issue for several weeks now. When I first opened the case, they would respond every 3 or 4 days. After my last update for them, I have not heard from them in over 2 weeks.

I asked support about the future of CodeCharge and their support. I did get a response within 1 day, but it only said:
