Dear friends if it possible I want to hide static menu item for group level access (example = MenuItem12)

The easiest way to do this is to create an includable page and in that page, create menus for each of the security groups and enclose them in a panel which either is visible or not depending on the GroupID.
This incudable page you add to every page in your system that has a menu.

@saseow - Thanks for the tip - was dreading having to convert full static menu to DB driven just to hide a handful of links.
