I sure wish Yes would at least let us know they are alive. I need some hope this product is going to be around for a bit.

the same for me, i developed with CCS till 10 years, and I sent a few
months ago , an email to the direction of yessoftware, with no answer
since now. I suspect they give up, it 's a pity, such a lack of minimum
communications and despite for developers . They did produce a great
product but for small developers companies, it seems we cannot afford to
depend of one technology ,in particular from small companies, even if it
is clever.
The facts are we should now consider only big firms such as
oracle,microsoft, to prevent such disasters
I would like to know your opinion.

You may be right jpser. So far it doesn't look like any of the big boys have such a great tool as CCS. I will keep moving forward with CCS with one eye open for other opportunities. I just hate having to re-invent the wheel and completely redo the system.
But who knows.
