Short answer: No, but you can add whatever frameworks you like, but CCS won't really do much of the heavy lifting for you.
Longer: You can use CCS to add in the necessary tags and use attributes to load data into them with angularjs.
Then you are mainly using the templating side of CCS and leaving out the data side of things. I find the data side (loading and update/inserts etc and server side code) to be the most useful parts of CCS.
CCS is a combo visual HTML designer, IDE and code generation tool and using it for just a visual designer wastes a lot of it's power.
