Hello,
if I put an include page inside a folder the generated code don't render it. The generated page show only the placeholder, for example:{my_include_page}. I used java servlet/tomcat7/mysql . Any suggestions? Tnx to all in advance.

Been a looooong while since I used the Tomcat JSP side of things, but I'm guessing if you moved the include page to the folder after creating it and adding it to the main page, it might have lost the linkage.

Try removing the placeholder from the main page then re-adding the include to the page with it in the new folder - so the page can get the full path.

Tnx for your comment eratech but I don't move the includable page into a directory. I have done the following steps:

1. I create a folder
2. I create an include page into this folder
3. I create a standard page outside this folder
4. I add the include page in the standard page.

... The generade code do not render the include page.

If i put standard and include page in the same folder everythings work fine.
bye and tnx again

Ok - I went back to the manual - under the topic 'Using Include Pages ' there is mention of includable files in other folders at the bottom of the page

You need to change the folder references to absolute not relative, as it would only work if the includable page and 'master' page are in the same folder.

So - can be done, but you need to make some minor changes. Or just leave them in the same folder if possible.

[RESOLVED] Ok, thank again Eratech. I will try to set the folder reference in the appropriate way.

Just noticed something else too - in one of my includable files (a 'Header' with menu items) there are references to "{page:pathToRoot}" in the URLs to the root folder.

Might be worth looking at as you might be able to adjust it in code.
