Some more really cool stuff..

Make your links look like buttons with classes:

class="btn btn-default"
class="btn btn-sm btn-warning"
class="btn btn-sm btn-info"
class="btn btn-sm btn-danger"

and some table classes...

<table class="table table-striped table-bordered table-condensed table-hover"

nice effect you can olso use

<div class="col-md-12 animated fadeInRight">

I think your ideas are very good and hopefully easier than switching to Artisteer and buying response themes.

I am very new to things like Bower and NPM. I don't really get how to install the Boostrap software to use in Codecharge Studio.

I develop on my PC but deploy to a windows based shared hosting environment.

How did you go about installing Bootstrap?

I had created a demo with a link in the top navbar to download a CCS5 project containing a Bootstrap design.

http://apps.csustan.edu/craig/ccsbootstrap

In CCS5 under the Designs folder, open the Bootstrap folder, the MasterPage page and click on the HTML tab. In there you'll see where I reference the bootstrap files from a CDN so I don't have to download them.

In the Bootstrap design folder there is also a custom.js file that uses jquery to automatically set the bootstrap classes on all of the buttons and form controls.

Under the Templates folder are the bootstrap templates to use with the builders. These can be improved upon but they are functional. I prefer the BootstrapTabular template under Grid and the BootstrapHorizontalForm under Record. Unfortunately there's no template for reports so you have to manually apply the Bootstrap classes to reports after they are generated.

You should be able to copy the Bootstrap design and the builder templates to any CCS5 project and use them.

To use Bootstrap in CCS you'll really need to learn how to use Bootstrap. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use.

http://getbootstrap.com/css

One down side to using Bootstrap in CCS is that the pages in design mode don't look anything like they do in a browser.

Craig

Craig this is awesome, as frameworks such as Bootstrap breathe new life
into CodeCharge Studio. It also hammers home the point that CodeCharge
is still quite flexible and extensible and continues to work with the
modern frameworks and plugins available today.

In a nutshell, it is a tool in a developer's toolbox, just as much as
jQuery and Boostrap are.

Can you put this into a Github repository so that others can extend upon
it?
