Hi,
I have been using version 4 successfully for a long time.
I have now put version 5 ccs on a new computer, but when trying to publish a brand new project to my website when configuring the ftp server connection I get 'test connection failed'.
the parameters I am putting in are exactly the same as ccs4 on my old computer, and exactly the same as using coreftp on my new machine both of which work fine!
In other words - I can connect to my website using coreftp from this computer, but via ccs 5 it fails.
server: ftp.shipclinic.co.uk
username: shipclinic.co.uk.
password : xxxxxxx
passive mode
I have tried using the ip address rather than ftp.shipclinic.co.uk, I have tried using ftp://shipclinic.co.uk.
Everything returns 'test connection failed'.
Is there a setting somewhere else , or a configuraiton on my new computer, I need to setup?
I am a bit stuck!
Can someone assist?

sorry, I have fixed it.
having turned off firewall etc, I discovered that my internet explorer wasnt connecting to the internet (I never use it). having reset it to its default settings, suddenly ftp works fine.

presumably codecharge ftp uses explorer in some way.,??
all well now.
