Hello ,

I have project with php+ mysql using ccs 5
in ccs project settings there is
server / script Charset : windows-1256
file encoding: windows 1252
default html encoding: windows 1256
site locales: Arabic
the project work very well in windows arabic system , but when i test the project in windows englesh system it doesn't work.

is there any way to solve this probleam please
