I hope this is useful for someone.
If you have problem to show some international char from database you can try to set Local & Encoding to UNICODE UTF-8 in the project setting and alter Common.php inserting manually in the $CCConnectionSettings the elemente encoding "Encoding" => array("", "utf8"),
For Example

//Connection Settings @0-DF7E61FA
$CCConnectionSettings = array (
"SITE" => array(
"Type" => "MySQL",
"DBLib" => "MySQL",
"Database" => "dbuserA",
"Host" => "localhost",
"Port" => "",
"User" => "dbuserA",
"Password" => "213213213dsadasd",
"Encoding" => array("", "utf8"),
"Persistent" => false,
"DateFormat" => array("mm", "/", "dd", "/", "yyyy", " ", "HH", ":", "nn", ":", "ss"),
"BooleanFormat" => array("true", "false", ""),
"Uppercase" => false
//End Connection Settings
