Hi,
CCS5, 5.1.1.18990. Used current version of ckeditor. Implementation is through Client On Load event. I modified the CC5 javascript to use the config.js and everything works as expected on Safari and IE 11. Just used it on a textarea field.
On FireFox, everything displays. However when you click in the field to edit anything all the data disappears. This is only on the screen, because submitting the form and reopening shows the original data.
On the iPad iOS 9.3.4, the entire field is missing, toolbar and all. Just a blank spot where the field should be.
