CCS5 5.1.1.18992 / PHP
I made a copy of a ccs5 project folder. I open it up in CCS5. The only settings change I make is a different ftp location,.. same ftp server, same db and db connection. I publish and everything works fine in the new location. As soon as I make any change to the project however, such as adding a text box, when I publish and go to view I get a blank page in the browser. When I take the text box out the page shows up again. As far as the ccp, php and html they look the same with the exception of the new item, which is fitted in fine.

Are error messages enabled in php?
I had similar issues, finally successfully solved after enabled detailed error messages on client side.

Thanks for your reply. This is on a hosted VPS, it's been a while can you refresh my memory on where to enable errors- was it the main php config file or on the actual pages themselves

got it- still a problem though. I think I just have to redo this project from scratch as much as I'd hate to waste all that time. This CCS5 seems quite a bit more buggy than the old 3.1 I was using
