I have one page manually coded and a CCS5 generated PHP page. Both show same content in a different manner, BUT the manually coded page shows german Umlauts correct.
The CCS5 page shows german umlauts like this "Rckschlagventile DN 15-50" .
(content is retrieved from the the same datafields in a mysql-database)

Why? And how can I correct it?

03032017: datasets have been recorded with a CCS4 program, with CCS4 everythin is ok, not in CCS5. Same database, same charsets ...
We changed the output datasets with no success.
