The Ultra Apps application is very nice. If you don't want to take the time in CodeCharge to actually right it. But I've found that custom making a Help Desk app in your specific environment is very helpful. That way you can remove unnecessary features (confusing to users) and add items relevant to your scenario. In CodeCharge, it shouldn't take you too long to build it either.
Just a thought...
