Can someone help please. I am trying to filter records shown on a grid form based on user_id field from items table and session("UserID") variable. I know this can be done using an SQL statement of maybe a Dlookup function coded on the beforeShow function of a page, but I just don't know how to do it in CCS.
what I want to do is filter records shown on the grid form based on the current logged in user_id. If anyone knows how to do this, please help. I am using ASP 3.0 with Templates

After you built your grid, select it and display its properties (Data tab). You see Data Source property there, click '...' button after table name. You see Data Source dialog. Add Where expression using '+' button. Choose field you want to match with user id, equals operator and put UserID as Parameter source of type Session. Confirm all windows. Now it should filter.
