Did someone already test this script?
It converts CCS PHP files to valid PHP 7.2
You may download the script here.

Thankyou for sharing!
There is this caviat to be aware of:
>It assumes you haven't touched the CodeCharge library files such as Classes.php etc - which can always be regenerated >from scratch.

I tried it out with the Intranet examples, it worked absolutely fine.
Now I'm working at a big (old) 4.1 project converted to 5.1.
Conversion worked well, additionally i make use of the mysql2i class which converts mysql_ statements to proper mysqli.
The only problem which remains now is preg_replace, which must be replaced by preg_replace_callback ...

What specific version of PHP are you using when running the conversion script?

I used PHP 7.2.11.
There are also some other nesseray changes which we integrated into another script, some of them specific to our project.
In db_mysql we inserted a script called mysql2i.php, which translates mysql_ call to mysqli_ calls. This was nessasarey because CCS 5 did not convert these calls when converting the project from CCS 4.1/3.
