Uploading the portal as a test I encountered the following error:

after correctly uploading 114 of 130 files (1777kb of 1782kb) with 2 seconds to go the following error appeared while uploading template.asp

200 type set to I
200 PORT command successful
550 access denied

Any ideas?

As a result the theme for the site doesn't work.
