In CC2 I'm using this string in ASP Before Show:
fldmanual_url= "<img border=0 src=""images/manual.gif"">"
I need open this url results in new window

You can create a link tag then specify the target attribute to open in a new window e.g.

<a href = 'somepage.asp' target = "_blank">Link</a>
