 How I move common files to a subdirectory?

Hi,
how i move common files (including functions.js) to a subdirectory and make the generated code see this?

This seems to require manual effort (editing). I've not found a way to make it go through the "do you want to update all the references to this page" function that you get when you rename a page.

I've also been unsuccessful in initially creating new pages in folders, although CCS lets you create the folders. Things never get pointed to the right place.

So I hope this is comething they're working on for version 2.

What version of CCS are you using?
I can create new pages in folders with CCS 1.0.7
