I have created several pages in one project via the application wizard. the first 2 are fine. i created with no search page and put all forms on one page.
the 3rd db update i created is just like the first two. no search page. all forms on one page. the db list and db update form work fine until i make a modifcation to the update form. even if i simply move a field to another row, the db result form at the top will stop displaying some fields, not all just some.
any ideas why

Mike,
I cannot say what happens exactly, but please check html code of the form before and after modification. I suppose that html breaks in some way. E.g. some html comments are removed or modified or may be some extra code is added somewhere to the form code.
BTW, what is CCS version?
