I want to send visitors his username and password if he losted them, I have questions with visitors answers which let me know the owner, how to in CCS to send those information automaticaly.

if u have recognized the user you can send him an email. So build a construct that discides if the user is the user select email adres and username and password from database and use a mail funtion to send it to the lookedup mailadres.
