Just getting my feet wet in CCS. I understand that if you change code within code blocks (those marked by gray background), they are not overwritten during subsequent code generation. Let's say that I want to overwrite since I hosed it up and want to restart and my changes are too numerous to find. How do I tell CCS to overwrite?

Tom,
To overwrite the code, just remove the highlighted part or the whole code in the CCS code editor and regenerate the page.
Do not forget to back up the lines of custom code in the external text file.
