actions not loading on ccs start up?

i am on ccs version 1.0.6. and i go to add an action to a form and nonr of the default actions are visible.

i checked my application settings and it is pointing to "program files/codechargestudio/componets. and this is where i have the default actions stored.

any one else seen this?
