I understand and agree with you about that. But I have a question: How about the topic? What to put there to call people to reply? I'm watching all the day long and it seems that people only see what is curious or have an "PLEASE READ!!" or either have more than couple replies... so I guess that when you post a new topic you have to reply anonymously couple of times like "I'm having the same trouble" or "It would be useful if someone knows that..." to make it "noticeable"... Am I wrong?

I you don't receive answers, it could be because your problems are too specific and nobody on this forum can bring information about it !
There is a so wide range of possibilities in programming. And here, we are speaking of a whole bunch of languages from HTML to WML, passing through ASP, JSP, PHP, and so on. You can imagine how many potential issue this can bring...
