I have plans to make one to implement in my current project (I work in a computer store). But it will not be for the first 2 months. At the moment I am working on a project that stores all data of a computer (serial generator, what hardware and software is in it, service records, reports, ...) and this linked to a customer database. When this is done (and I'm coming close), the next thing to add is RMA (Return Material Authorization). And then I will be working on a KB.
