There is on a number of pages within the CCS Tutorial the following statement: "Refer to the CCS Programming Reference for more ....".
Has anyone an idea where to find this Reference?

Sorry, but there are only the "CodeCharge Studio Tutorial" and the "CodeCharge Studio User Manual". Exactly the one's where I found the hint about the "Programming Reference".

Yea, the windows help file has a reference section in it. But I also have the pdf version of the programming reference. I am not sure where I got it from, but I think it was the Documents & Tutorial section on the support site. I don't know why they removed the document if it was there. maybe there were some errors in it and they want to update it. Strange.
