I have recently bought CCS and I am beginning to wonder if it was not better to have just stayed with CC2 (which I already knew) instead of investing $279 on CCS. After some period working with the product I think that:
1) there is still no good documentation, articles or whatsoever about it.
2) the product is still very new (and of course has yet bugs and problems)
3) since it is so new, I don't seem to find the answers or get responses 'informally' both in this forum as well as in the newsgroups regarding my issues with CCS (since both are 'informal' support, you may never get a reply to your question).
So my question is: do I have the right to some sort of 'formal' support from YesSoftware for some period of time after making the investment I made?
Maybe the form at http://support.codecharge.com/support_new.asp would be the right way for me to contact YesSoftware directly, but I wonder if posting my messages through this form would guarantee that I would always have a reply, and in which amount of time.
TIA,
teufel

I have been using CCS since it was released. I have been using http://support.codecharge.com/support_new.asp for my issues that are not answered here. Code Charge support has always answered my questions within 24 hours.
So far I'm a happy guy.
