Sorry for my poor english!!!!
I am tryng to build a web application with an upload field. All the file i put with upload in the server , must be registerd in the database with others thing. Can anyone help me ?

I think maybe you don't have read/write privelages, ask your admin to set to read/write. (The folder you want to write to only)
But if it is, do you know the pre-installed components? If so what are they, from there I can tell you if you can upload files.
