I suffered a hard drive crashed and elected to install xp professional instead of windowme. My problem is that I can no longer use the live function within CCS to view pages. When I click on Live, the pages start to load and the hour glass continues to turn without displaying the page.
I followed the instructions to load IIS and know it is installed. I am assuming I need to configure it but have no idea what needs to be done.
I have no idea where to look. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciate.
Thanks much

Riht click on "My computer" icon, select "Manage" under "Services and Applications" you will find the IIS Service. Right click on "Default Website" and create a new webshared virtual directory where you should enable the ASP or whatewer scripts. You shoud browse the directory where the CCS store the created files. But be aware, that the IIS Service sometimes has proplems on XP... I could not use the IIS with XP, only with Win2000...

To my knowledge, MS ACCESS is problematic. I had the same problem with my XP. After, I used MySQL as the database, it works fine for me. Try the different database besides MS ACCESS.
