I am new to ccs so I have look around a bit a got the asp tutorial working so now I have opened my mouth and said how smart I was now I have to get e-mail going in php/redhat/mysql is there some good examples, some palce to go. I am feeling quite over whelmed by the information there is but I have no where to start or go any ideas suggestions would be appricated.

Try this for a secure, stable WebMail system. Used by some large universities. http://sourceforge.net/projects/squirrelmail/
Don't reinvent the wheel.
