I think it would be helpful reading back through the messages if someone could post an article on how best to download the example sites and integrate into CCS?

Ditto for me. Nowhere is it explaned how anythiong can be merged. CC into CCS? CCS into CCS? How do you merge sites? I know this can be done externally, but what about common databases?
