Is there a way to tell CCS not to generate the HTML template when using ASP 3.0 w/Templates?
If not,
Is there a way to tell it not to re-generate the page at all? This option was available in CC but can not find it in CCS.

Hello,
there's no such options available in CCS.
In case you want to preserve any custom modifications you can modify .html file right in CCS code editor or import modified file before generating the project.
The other way is to make back up copy of .html file.
