Hello
I have a challengeable project , I know that CodeCharge powerful enough to handle this , I need a web Performance appraisal system , see attached tables to be able to do the following :-
1. Can set user to updates their department employees only ( User authorizations table is required ) e.g HR user can updates only employee under HR .
2. Each employee should be appraised against attached scales ( first come the objective then the Scales for Objectives then other competences rating (1-5))
3. Create the proper table & fields relationship to have as much as useful reports (use dynamic lists )
4. Admin can (add – delete – edit ) users profiles .
Note : I know Didn’t cover the requirements as IT man , however I think it’s a good start , based in your ASPdb experience , please review & let me know the possibility and cost for this projects . ( this project will run on our local intranet with win2k server )
