I need to know as to insert I cosay ASP in Codecharge or knowledge as I generate with I cosay to ASP an application from 0 in codecharge..... or as to modify I cosay of an application already created....

what do you mean by "cosay"? Could you use English translator to translate your message?

Maybe the first thing for you to do is to find a person who can translate your questions into an at least understandable English, so we might understand what you want to do... If you are Spanish and speaks no other language, then try posting into Spanish, persons like me might be able to help you.

Probably I do not understand enough what you mean, but for my opinion both CC and CCS are suitable of programmers and non-programmers to build sites from scratch within one of mentioned tools. Of course in some cases some manual code is required but the greater amount of code is generated.
As for ready sites neither CC nor CCS has the functionality to convert code files into project file.
