I'm working on a support tool just like this one in CCS. The answer's page must show the correct support request according to the URL parameter sent with the URL's page. It works fine, but when no parameter is sent, the page returns all records! The parameter is the Primary Key. I tried to use a default parameter value that doesn't exist in the table, but it doesn't work.

Check the component display- make sure it
is a "Record" and not a "Grid". A record will
show only one record. A grid may show muliple
records.
You can also add a custom event to get the parameter
value and verify that is set before
display.
