Login page stopped working

My login page stopped working error is below
CCS 1.0.7
PHP Oracle

*Database error:
*ora_parse() failed:
*SELECT [user_id], [group_id] FROM [users] WHERE [user_login]='admin'
*Snap & paste this to sqlplus!
*Oracle Error: 936 (ORA-00936: missing expression -- while processing OCI *function OPARSE)
*Session halted.

I had to manually remove the brackets from fields in common.php

But I still can't login
no errors
