Just found a great piece of software that does just that (PHTML Encoder). Very interesting when you have to distribute your source files. Best of all, it is free... http://www.rssoftlab.com/

Has anybody had practical experience of using these products to obfuscate / encrypt the code generated using CCS and run with out any problems on Windows / APACHE / PHP?.

Ofcourse, Sourceguardian clearly states that it doesn't go with Windows at present. However, does it go fine with CCS generated code on other platforms?

The HTML encoder is free, but there is a charge for the PHP encoder.
