The tutorial I'm following has me type in the following using notepad

print "your first name is $firstname.<BR>\n";
print "your last name is $Lastname.<BR>\n";
print "your E-mail name is $Email.<BR>\n";

?>

How do I use CCS to generate this?

P.S.
(I've already used CCS to create the form that will hopefully pass the data to this page)
