Running Studio 1.0
After I installed the 1.0.7.0 update, I now am usually missing some menu items. The Project menu works, but has no title. The startup screen is missing text. It is annoying because the text is missing, but all of the functions appear to work.
This doesn't happen all the time. It seems to depend on what other programs are running on the machine when Studio starts, but it is not repeatable(sometimes it is MMC, sometimes Lotus Notes, etc.. I can start anything afterwards
Is this affecting anyone else?

Yes, I've seen this in the prior version also. I'm on Wxp and can never figure out why it happens. I usually end up rebooting to get them back.
