FTP Publish in CCS2beta uploads all programs

Publish to the website on localhost lets you upload one specific program. But in my case publish to my webserver with FTP always uploads all programs. I cannot upload just one program. Did I configure something wrong?

Ben,
I believe that you mean single page. To be able to publish single page, open it and click PublishPage icon on the toolbar or press F8. But note, that all common files will be uploaded with the page files.
