Appreciate the program, however, I paid top money $ for this program and feel it is still in its beta stage regarding documentation, post questions, no answers for days.... is anyone out there?

In reality the cost of CCS is very reasonable for what it does.

I have had create response to issues using the support for both before and after I paid the license.

CC/CCS and Yes' support is WELL WORTH the price. Just wish all the other applications had the same cost/benefit.

I looked for your posting (Author Dru) all the way back to beginning of December 2002 and couldn't find it.

Maybe you could repost.

Re CCS - I have worked with two other systems like this and CCS blows them away at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the heartache. The nice thing about it is "YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE IT EXCLUSIVELY" - if CCS can't do what you want it to do then cut the code in whatever turns you on.

Re: Documentation (Currently it SUCKS!) but read the Beta 1 notes and there is hope.

Re: Yes Software - they are flat out with Beta 2 so any response from them is always appreciated.

I must admit I have not had a problem with posting support questions and getting a response. Having worked in support you generally quickly answer the questions that contain the most detail. I think we have all seen questions posted that say absolutely nothing except "I have a problem" these are usually the ones with a ZERO replies.

I am a person who believes if you don't like the product don't use it, but I have heard a lot of people griping about CCS but no alternatives. Hop onto other product forums and people keep posting that you should look at CCS. So go figure.

My two penneth.

Im in a terrible learning curve.. (as usual) and it can get pretty
frustrating and looking for something that can help me solve problems
instead of creating new ones "ugh"!

Code charge, if I could plug it in and use it (say like quickbooks) would be great!! Ha! but alas, I cannot. I am just a well rounded business person, that has used about every software on the books and can configure scripts.

I desperately need customization on site http://www.propertymart.net.
Would be willing to partner with someone...
Have 30k user base, tons of data, 25 people ready to work for me etc etc.. even downloaded php-nuke, not bad, but does not solve my main problems!!

Well, anyway... thanks for a "great?" program code charge! Programmers are
going to rule the world!

Dru,

Have you actually tried sending your support questions to Yes!, whenever I have submitted a question on their offical support area I have always had a response same or next day, their response times are impressive.
