Hello,
I am getting the following error on my new webserver. The code is working fine on my local PC with Win2000 and IIS5. However, it is giving the following error on another server.
We have installed the latest Scripting Engine and also MDAC. It did not help.
I was searching the internet about this problem and people say it could be caused by usage of classes in ASP. I also realized that we started experiencing this problem after I moved two of my Code Cgarge Studio applications to this server. Do you think these could cause the problem? And what is the solution?
Any help is appreciated.
Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0240 (0x80004005)
A ScriptEngine threw expection 'C0000005' in 'IActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'.

Maybe your database is corrupt. Run a fix utility on it. Good luck!
