Hi !!

I’m a new learner, using Codecharge 2.0.5.

I have to make a web based Content Management Application that enables Users to create new (SQL) databases online. I have to use ASP for it. The features include:

Create new Databases online.
2. User can define each field.
3. Assign all field types including URL, Email, File attachment, database Link etc.
4. Make New Databases by using Templates: Utilize one of predefined database templates to get started.
5. Make Databases by importing Files: Use a tab-delimited file, comma-separated-value file, or Database.
6. Interchange Format file. Make Databases by importing Files:
Create New Databases by copying your data from Excel, tables in Microsoft
Word, and some other applications.
7. Add/Change User Profiles: User can assign and make/change new profiles at will.
8. Manage Profiles: Change User Information, Change Password, Manage User Accounts
9. Manage Groups: Set database access permissions for several different users at one time. After creating a group, he can use it to give many people access to a database by referring to them with one group name instead of typing each user's screen name or e-mail address.
10. Alerts: Send Alerts Automatically to all (Group Members, Clients etc.)
Templates (Optional) Provide Database Templates and make them as ready-to use solutions that can be easily customized for specific needs. User can select one of the available templates, and when ready, click Create to make own Template.
11. Team Project Tracker/Task manager Track your team's project tasks, dates, status and assignments, team-wide access to customer and prospect information, and an activity log to schedule and record customer calls, meetings, and other events. Calendar functions accessible from Task Manager and Stand-alone Online Email application with Email boxes and Inbox, Sent, Delete etc. File management

I need to know whether it is possible to develop such application using code charge or not?

Need hints as to how I can achieve this.

Need and answer as soon as possible !!

Waiting for an urgent reply !

Regards..

jeeez.....

Looks a bit ambitious if you are new to codecharge. Maybe you'd better start with something more simple so you learn how to use vents etc. You are going to need a lot of custom coding to do this so I hope that being new to this means being new to codecharge not the programming language....

Wich you all the luck...

Faiza,

Everything except item #6 (import xls, doc, etc.) is fairly straightforward.
This is not to say that it is all simple, or a 24-hour turnaround project. But, feasible, yes.
