First I have read these, and used the phpupload script:

I need a SIMPLE upload example that just lets me pick a picture and uploads it, nothing fancier, because I want to understand what I am doing, from there I can make it fancier.
I am using PHP w/Templates in CC.
So I want to just browse, pick the picture, upload it to the server ( not in db) and thats it.

Any reference verrrrrrry appreciated!
