I wish to limit the amount of characters returned into a label (ie:30) so that I can produce "snippetts" of a news story.... i also need to return the number of records in PHP (i have tried the example using a label and ccDlookup >>count(*) example) but it returns nothing when run.
However my immediate issue is to limit characters displayed in a label.
Ideas people?
