There is a nice little free tool called dbf2mysql which you can run scheduled via a batch script. I use it also to update the customers table from our bookkeeping program.
Problem is you have to run it from a windows platform (if it is a problem)

Sorry,
I changed from provider and I didn't know I may not host files. I renamed the file to:
http://www.dbweaver.com/files/dbf2mysql.z1p
Change the z1p extention to zip after download
