Will Personal Web Server work with Windows XP? If not, what are my alternatives?

To run ASP/MS_Access/MS_SQL you will have to install the IIS which is included with WinXP-Pro. If you have the WinXP-HomeEdition than you will have to upgrade to WinXP-Pro.

However if all you want is to run PHP/MySQL than you might want to install the Apache server instead.
