Has anyone had any luck with a tree menu script integration into CCS / MYSQL

There a many navigation scripts that the look of explorer and that are database driven, but I luck the know-how to integrate them into CCS and mysql.
Scripts are found at:
http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Site_Navigation/

or
http://www.hotscripts.com/JavaScript/Scripts_and_Programs/Navigation/Trees/

Has anyone an idea on how to do this.

I am looking for a solution similar like the wysiwyg implementation.

Hints on how this could be acomplished would be greatly appreciated.

Tony
