How do I get just record to show for a user without requiring authentication? The user can login to the record to edit/modify. Can the public view the record as well without login? I don't know the parameters to pass.

I dont know why you'd want to allow anyone to edit a record but:

Go through the "Grid and Edit" new page wizard, pick the table you need to pull information from. The wizard will set up everything for you....
