Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E4D)
Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user.
This is the error i get when I use any one of the prebuilt apps. I have set my permissions properly so that not it. Any one have an idea?

Same problem but 50 % of solutions works. The broblem causing ones are: bookstore, taskman, bugtracking, portal. Any help with these appreciated.
